Went to the gym and walked for half an hour before I had to stop because it hurt too much Sad hate this. It's been almost 6 months now. I just want to be better already

410 cals on the adaptive motion trainer, 250 cals on the treadmill, 100 cals on the cross trainer. Did some stomach exercises, went on the powerplate and then went swimming. Smile

416 cals on the AMT, 300 cals on the treadmill, 150 cals on the bike, 200 cals on the cross trainer and then did some lunges/squats on the power plate. Smile

Not my best today, no energy. Sad

300 cals on the AMT, 200 cals on the bike, 70 cals on the treadmill then did some squats etc on the power plate.

Today, 200 cals on the cross trainer, 300 cals on the AMT, 150 on the treadmill. Then went on the power plate.

Going back later and going to go on the exercise bike, treadmill and also do some ab exercises.

Burnt 1010 cals today from the AMT, cross trainer, bike and treadmill. Also went on a long walk with the dog. Smile

Oh Louise, I'm SO jealous! My workouts are horribly limited by my hip right now - it sucks. Sad Until I can kick it back up, I'm going to live vicariously through yours.

How are your legs feeling? The phrase "possible stress fracture due to over use and poor nutritional intake" has entered the game over here (waiting on test results). Please be careful with the high impact stuff.

Lorna, I'm right there with you. It bites. I hope you feel better soon!

Ohh, well fingers crossed that it will get better soon. You dont want to push yourself and make it worse.

My legs ok until i start running, then it starts hurting again.

Today, burnt around 1100 cals from running, biking, on the AMT and cross trainer. Took my dog out for a 75 minute walk aswell even tho he is a massive pain in the bum!

Finalllyyyy got back into running today, burnt 380 cals. Happy about that. Also did 20 mins on the cross trainer, 10 on the AMT and Bike. Burnt 800 cals altogether. Taking my doggy out soon.

Did an hour of swimming this morning, but still can't use my legs so using my float. By the time I'm all healed, I'm going to have massive arm and back muscles and flabby arse and thighs

Got back into running again today, 25 mins running and 15 mins walking on incline, went on the AMT, cross trainer and bike and altogether burnt 1250 cals.

Walking the doggy around the boating lake in abit.

Last night we went for a late night walk around DC so maybe 2 miles of walking.

I just got back from another 2 mile walk to the grocery store.

Yesterday I got an hour of walking in.

Today I was running errands and apartment looking so other than a small amount of walking, I did nothing. I might go out for a walk now since it is getting cooler.

I need to get into a routine down here, I have days all to myself and there is a pool at this complex that I should take advantage of before we move out.

Burnt 334 calories in 35 mins from doing high intensity interval training on the treadmill, 5 mins on the cross trainer and 10 mins on the bike. Going back to the gym later to go on the AMT, some more running and work on my FAT stomach.

Sunday was a really long walk at the zoo

Yesterday I did nothing

Today I'm running errands and will be walking vs taking transit as much as possible. If I get home before Joe, I'll go for a long walk or something.

Burnt around 700 cals today. Burnt 400cal on the AMT, 100 on the cross trainer and then went swimming. Going back to the gym again later if my boyfriend is up for it.

I walked to the store lol. It was maybe a quarter mile total. It's just too humid to go out and do anything....or I'm lazy

Im so addicted to the gym lol! My bf says i do too much but im like nonono! Burnt 1153 calories today. If i didnt go to the gym i wouldnt burn anything, im so lazy. I drive everywhere and pretty much dont do anything but watch TV at home. :\
