What exercise have you done today?
So far today I've done
9 minutes of crunches.
2 minutes of pushups.
20 minutes of jogging on the spot.
5 minutes of jumping jacks.

I wish I could exercise but I'm not allowed as I'm not eating enough and my weight is still not stable enough, and it sucks.

I'm attempting to balance healthy exercise with healthy food intake at the moment. So difficult!
But today on top of my previous post I've also done
5 minutes trampolining and 40 minutes walking.

90 minutes - interval training on the treadmill

Walked the dog round the park for 30 mins.
At the gym i did:
35 mins on the treadmill. (20 mins running at speed 10 on incline 2.5, 10 mins running at 6.5 incline and 5 mins speedwalking on incline 10).
Cross trainer for 30 mins.
And the fancy machine i have no idea what its named lol, sort of like a running machine which works your arms and a stepper. Did 25 minutes on that.

Today, 50 mins running on the treadmill and 10 mins speed walking.
30 mins on the cross trainer.
35 mins on the stepper/running machine.
15 mins on the bike.
And i ran through the park with my dog because it was chucking it down, looked like a right idiot haha.

35 mins on the treadmill, alternating between running and speedwalking-on a 10 incline to vary my exercises.
30 mins on the cross trainer.
15 mins on the runner/stepper.
Then went swimming for 45 mins.

I signed up for a Women's 10K in September. Yeah, I'm nuts, but they have half naked super hot firemen handing out the finishers "medals" (necklaces) at the end along with champagne and chocolate. How could I say no to that?!

60 minutes of intervals, 20 minute off-ice strength workout, and 20 minutes barre work

Today, 15 mins on the treadmill (my leg bones feel like they hurt when i run, couldnt push myself for longer)
35 mins on the runner/stepper
30 mins on the cross trainer
Then took my dog round the woods for an hour, its mostly uphill too.

Not much today, half hour in the gym burnt 415 calories, then did a few laps in the swimming pool before we got ushered out because the ceiling was caving in from the rain haha.

I did my intervals today, but had to slow it down because of IT band pain. I hate having to compensate for injuries! *headdesk*

It was back in use today! Probably with lovely rain water and all.. uhh.

Elsa, its better that your pacing yourself rather than making your injury worse and putting yourself out of action!

Yesterday, 60 minutes treadmill intervals, and 90 minutes skating.
Today, 90 minutes treadmill intervals.
Skating is such a cesspool of disordered crap - my coach totally praised me for my loss. When he asked how I did it, I said excessive cardio and calorie restriction. He just nodded and said, "that works so much better than strength training. Don't forget to stretch."

Ugh, thats not right is it Elsa!
Went to the gym knowing i would hurt myself furthur. Burnt 400 cals on the treadmill, killed myself on the cross trainer for 20 mins and then did 10 on the runner/stepper.
Its not just my calves that kill now its my left hip too

35 mins running, 35 mins on the stepper/runner, 30 mins on the cross trainer and then went back on the treadmill to do some incline walking.

20 mins of running, 35 mins on the runner-stepper and 15 mins on the bike. Only burnt 700 cals, my legs and hip kill.
