What are thinking right now ?

I need to write my dinner into my food diary, but I can't be bothered. I should go to bed as it's late, but I can't be bothered

I'm not in the mood to clean or do anything

I need to walk to the hospital so I can fill out a job application but I don't feel like walking even though I could use the exercise. I'm hungry but I probably shouldn't eat today.
