Massive fail of a day yesterday.

Breakfast - bran flakes
Dinner 4 crackers and an apple
Tea - McDonalds x6 chicken nuggets and chips, plain hamburger and an apple pie. And if that wasnt enough i had half of my boyfriends creme egg mcflurry.

Lunch of soup and strawberries

Post workout snack of a banana some apricot slices and quarter of an apple.

Dinner of a salad with carrots and chicken and triscut crackers with cheese

Then my mom made me chicken tenders and mozzerella sticks so I ate some and purged half.


I keep trying to remind myself that I was unbelievably healthy today but it still seems like way too much.

Yesterday I had.

Lunch : toasted tuna sandwich with salad

Snack : 2 rice cakes with wafer thin turkey

Dinner: cheese and bacon pasta, with homemade garlic bread, melon & strawberries for afters.

Just cannot get breakfast back in

Oh I used to loooove the 10 calorie jellies but I purged it once Sad Now I can't bear to eat it

Breakfast: Fried egg, a sausage, some chips and beans, a Ribena
Orange juice
Lunch: Chicken Caesar wrap, chocolate milkshake
Dinner: Half a plate of spaghetti bolognese and a chocolate youghurt

Aww Lorna! :p I cant get through a full jelly, they are never ending and not that tasty. I had a 99cal one by the same brand and omg it was lovely.

Binged today Sad bran flakes for dinner, along with some choc animals, and beans on toast for tea.

So far I've eaten Special K Strawberry Fruit Crisps!!! They're SOO good and 100 calories! (Am I allowed to talk calories on here??? I'm sorry! I should have asked if there are restrictions on what I can say.....)

And now I'm drinking a small Cafe Mocha from Starbucks! I got some studying to get done so I need the energy. So far.... I'm distracted haha Razz

I'm kinda proud today =P Makin progress:
A few sips of the Ensure that i fake to drink every morning
Coffee
Snacked on a fiber 1 bar
snuck into aerobics (health food day) was hungry (right before lunch) had a few bites of chicken rice, a few bites of pasta, a bite sized muffin, Granola cup, n a lettuce rap. SOOOO good <3 never had one before
Got home n had some almonds n coffe
Dinner- Milk, salad, n about 5-6 pizza rolls
Gonna eat a snack soon. I wish i could eat like this every day... Not gonna lie though, felt sick after lunch n purged my dinner salad >.<

Iam you can talk calories that's fine Smile I'm sure we all know how much is in everything anyway and if you have a calorie goal that you want to share, you should feel comfortable doing that. It's not like in real life we can say 'I ate 200 calories today' without outing ourselves. As long as the conversation on here doesn't go 'I ate X calories and you ate more so that's bad. You should only eat X calories or less' that make sense?

No, its not the Rowntree brand. They are quite new and its going to bug me now lol... Hartley's.. thats it Very Happy They put the 10 cal and 99 cal next to each other in Tesco, so i ended up getting two of the 99 cals one, they are so lovely with fruit bits in them.

Today is going to be one massive fail. Wont have to eat until tonight at 19:30 at the restaurant, but the only thing i like on the menu if fish and chips, which is so calorific. Then pudding. Hmm. Sad

Oh yeah hartley's that the one lol. Don't they do salad or anything in the restaurant? When I was restricting I would always order something off the menu that I didn't like so I wouldn't have to finish it

I dont like salad Lorna, i wish i did but eugh.. the texture and taste is just all wrong to me lol.

Yesterday i ended up eating fish, chips and garden peas with jam roly poly with custard for pudding. The meal wasnt even worth it though, tasted bland.

As for today, sliced a pear, 1/2 bananna and a tiny apple into a bowl for a sort of fruit salad.

Been at work all day, so how i managed to binge was beyond me. Sad

Breakfast - bran flakes.


Dinner- (which i normally throw out but ate today!!) ham bum, chicken crisps, cereal bar, pack of choc animals and a pear.

Boss then gave me x2 fun sized mars bars which i scoffed down.

Tea- x1 sausage, x2 yorkshire puddings, loadsss of roast potatoes, mash, carrots and swede.

And the day isnt over yet. Fmllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll. Sad

a rocky bar
left over coddle (sausage and bacon stew)
2 slices of toast and butter
some roast lamb, parsnip, 2 yorkshire puddings
a club bar

I'm about to have movie snacks - popcorn, pretzels
