How did you beat your ED today?

I ate bacon

I suggested we get frozen yogurt because I wanted some, ate a small portion and enjoyed every bite.

I went to the supermarket by myself with the car - total control over what I could buy, could have b/p'd in the car or anything I wanted, but I didn't

I ate and had drinks before being weighed, even though I knew it would add some weight

I saved part of my lunch for a snack later so I could share a big cookie with Joe. In a few minutes I'll be finishing my Thai noodles that I saved without guilt.

I gained half a kilo, but logically could see the reasons for it and didn't assume it's because 'I'm fat' and I didn't want to start restricting

I ate a real lunch despite my ED telling me to restrict

I didn't purge… well I'm not going to lie, I tried and it was too difficult so ibsaod forget it. And I didn't even care that I have laxatives as a backup.
