Ok today, just always annoyed at my mum.

ill - I made cookies today and just ate two of them. Ugh. They were good (because I'm f'ing Martha Stewart), but I'm not used to eating stuff like that.

crap. I feel like crap. the scale didn't move this week and my hip is just awful - like running with a knife stabbed in there. I just made an appt with my sports med Dr for Tues - please don't say "rest," please don't say "rest," please don't say "rest," please don't say "rest" . . . just give me some drugs. Drugs are good.

Pretty happy, I just found a pair of high heel sandals that I actually like. They are in stock in my size and I'm going to go get them in the morning - YAY!! And I have a sparkly new pedicure to show off in them. I love shoes.

I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon for another look. *sigh* not good. They also redid my blood pressure and pulse because they thought the first set was a mistake. Nope. Just that low. Oops.

Now I'm irritated that I don't have a better answer. They did give me PT exercises for the other hip though. That's a good thing.

I feel beastly and disappointed in myself. Weak

I feel fat fat fat! got on the scale at my nans and was 8st, 112lb!! ..near to my highest weight. I feel gross and ugly and so so self-concious and have no confidence at the minute don't even like leaving the house :-(
