I need some food ideas
I'm getting really bored of just eating the same foods over and over again. Snack size chocolate bars, packets of crisps (potato chips :p), stuff like that. I need to stop being afraid of foods and step out of my comfort zone, otherwise I'm not really getting better, and I'll probably go crazy. So, I need to think of some new things to eat... So what do 'normal' people eat? Like, what's a normal breakfast, lunch, dinner, what are 'normal' snacks? What do people actually eat? I don't think I really know anyone who doesn't eat in a disordered way or who isn't obese - so I have no one to use as a comparison....any ideas?
