Struggling

I'm really struggling. It's so hard. I don't know what's what. I don't know who I am. It hurts so much, it's gone numb

Are you seeing someone? I know you were talking about possibly going back on some medicine. I believe in you and you are stronger than you think

My therapist says things are going to get worse before they get better, but that I'm making good progress. It's just hard to see that yourself. I don't know how much difference the medication is making. We've come up with some strategies to 'keep me safe' when I feel bad, so I will just have to stick at it and ride the storm

I've learned that it always does get worse before it gets better but the in between process of being depressed and getting back to normal again just sucks. Its like "why am I still feeling like this after all this time? ugh!" I totally understand.
