Feel so desperate right now

I feel so desperate right now. I want to die. I hurt so much inside. Horrific things happened in my past and I can no longer cope. I feel like I am coming to the end of the road. All the pain, anguish, anger, memories, flashbacks and nightmares. I just don't know what to do anymore to be honest

Can you talk to your mum or cousins etc? Try to stay positive, think about your coaching and how successful you will be and all the good things in the future that you are going to do.
