2 baguettes (1 plain, 1 with strawberry jam)
6 packets of crisps (potato chips)
Packet of tomato pasta (serves 2)
Half a packet of digestive biscuits

Hmm doesn't sound so bad for me... That's bad... I was at work, so that's not good. And I'm vegan for Lent, so my binge foods are limited.

1 fig
2 mini chicken breast burgers and rice
half pitta and falafel with humous
frozen yogurt with strawberrys bananna nuts choclate sauce and chocolate chips
almound croissant
12 chocolate balls
2 packets of crisps
malteasers
a happy hippo.......
this week i have binged everyday of the week and never before have i done that i normally fast the next day or eat very little or excercise alot but this week has just been binge after binge after binge i have gained 3 kg just in this one week ...... some one pleaseee tell me what do we do to beat this and get back to the happy slim girl i have always been???? this is ruining our lifes
