I just keep purging 0.0

I dont WANT to recover i do not understand why nobody is understanding that. I've been purging every chance I get, im NOT eating theyre damned food! Dx I dont NOT want to hear "youve made progess" Ive stopped talkin about it. I do NOT want to hear "you look better cuz ur gaining" when i hear that i automatically wanna go die in a hole Dx so what do i do?? purge purge purge. I wouldn't have gone back to purging if i thought i had another choice >.<

I know how hard it is. Purging is just so bad and addictive.

It's really difficult for people that don't understand. To them, it is a bad thing, something that needs to be cured. They assume that we feel that way too and that's the problem. Just because we have an 'illness' doesn't mean we feel sick or feel there's anything wrong. Your therapist will get that to a greater extent than you're family and friends, but even she doesn't know. If you're not ready to recover, it won't happen. No matter how much anyone else wants it for you, unless you want to change, it won't happen. I understand how you feel xxx

It's tough. I know it sounds so patronising, but you're still so young. Unfortunately, what you want will come second to what's best for you. I don't know what the rate is for under 18's relapsing, but I would think it is high. By making you gain weight, they're not actually making you any better, mentally. Although, if you do decide you want to recovery for yourself one day, then you will already have this as a head start, you will know what to expect and you'll be able to do it
