Halloween candy, Failing at fasting and being sick.

So I just want to start off by saying that I haven't purged in like two weeks even though I've binged. BUT on the flip side of that, I ate Halloween candy like I had no sense today. I decided to start fasting yesterday which worked out until this morning and I ate like a horse. I was in no mood to purge being that my throat has been on FIRE because I've been sick and my body has been so tired. Anyway ... I'm planning on fasting for about 5 or 6 days. Hopefully this works because my weight is seriously getting out of hand.

Don't beat yourself up about the candy. I'm not surprised it happened. Halloween is a nightmare there's food everywhere and as you were fasting you must have been starving. Be careful hun

I love seeing the pictures of Halloween decorations on houses, the entire tradition, etc; but I'm happy we don't celebrate it here with trick-or-treating. I would certainly binge if I've had a bunch of candy at hand!

Take it slow, 5-6 day fast can get you back into binge afterwards.
