Didn't binge

I realllly wanted to but I didn't. I texted my husband from work that I wanted chocolate. When I got in, I got a snack size chocolate bar and was just about to eat in when he stopped me. He had bought me a chocolate bar on his way home, so I had that. And then the snack-size. I went back to the cupboard and had my hand on the packet to get more, but I stopped. I told myself I couldn't binge because I'm not alone. Then that I can't purge. Then that I'm only doing it cos I'm sad and food won't solve it. Then that the chocolate has to last til I get paid in 3 weeks. So I closed the cupboard and sat back down. I've never stopped myself from a binge before.
