I have this odd friendship going on at the moment which I don't know how to take and don't want to ruin with my BPD behaviours. He was coming to see me today and I didn't know what to expect or what would happen. As it turns out, it was just a 5 minute thing because he was worried about how I was talking yesterday and wanted to check that I was ok. Also tomorrow I have my last ever therapy session as she's leaving to a new job. I'm petrified. I'm devastated. I don't know how I will behave tomorrow and I'm scared for the future. I can't stop it from happening and have no control over the situation beyond how I behave tomorrow, but the end result will be the same. I don't know what to do. There's nothing I can do and that freaks me out. A lot.

Oh no, Lorna. There's no way you can see a different therapist? And that's great about your friend. The fact he checked on you shows he cares. I know how you feel about ruining it with BPD. I completely destroyed my most valued friendship with my BPD and restoring it has been so hard.

Frustrated with myself, nervous about therapy tomorrow, but excited about things.
