Hello friends... My name's Kat. I'm new to the world of support, mainly because I just realized that I have and ED... We were doing projects in school about different mental sicknesses that affect one physically, and I was reading the average criteria for an ED and I was drawing a lot of connections.

uh... So that's why I'm here. I don't really wanna keep being sick but I also don't want to get fat again, and I guess that's a general thing... so Yeah

Anywho, I'm 16 and I'm over weight but I want to keep going down but I want to stop being unhealthy about it I guess...
