Depression Screening

Today was mental health awareness day at my college and as part of the day, you could go to counseling services to get a depression screening. I went and they screened for depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. I scored as likely to have depression and a mood disorder and very likely to have an anxiety disorder and PTSD. They want me to make an appointment to talk to them about these things, so I'll be emailing them my schedule soon. I'm not sure how I feel about going to counseling services, but they did assure me that it would be confidential, so that helps ease the fear a little bit.
