Sorry if this is a bit cheeky

But I'm doing a sponsored dog walk with my Barney to raise money for a hospice near my house. They looked after a work friend's mum when she died and also Barney gets a medal and goody bag for doing it. It's 3.5km which should take and hour and a half, but with my injury it could take a lot longer. It's the perfect opportunity to build up my strength again.
