I have failed!

I tried so hard to fight the urges to cut.

I just couldn't do it.

Now I have cut both legs, my arm and hand.

I failed so badly and now feel more messed up than I did before Crying or Very sad

You havent failed, at all. Dont think like that. It takes time to recover from anything like this, your ED, self-harm. It doesnt happen overnight so you are always going to have that urge at first. Dont beat yourself up over it. Maybe next time you want to cut, remember how you feel now? I dont self-harm so i have no idea how you feel, but im always here if you want to talk. xx
