Visited my grandpa

Most. Depressing. Visit. EVER Dx Sure it was nice seeing him, my grandma, and my uncle from DC. But the whole visit wasn't to help around the house like i was told. No, it was for my grandpa to talk about how he wants his funeral and prep and everything and gaaah Dx He's SOOO small now D: Hes way taller than I am and he weighs less than my mother who is shorter (but bigger) than me =/ NOT OKAY. AND he's hooked up to oxygen. And he now has a walker. No longer able to drive. Has a weird seat thing on the toilet so he doesn't have to sit all the way down. My mother and I both don't think he's gonna last a year... Gosh I saw my grandma cry for the first time ever...

Ohh im sorry. Im sure hes feeling much better now that hes at home? And it sounds like hes got alot of support from you all. Hope you will be ok. xx

Yeah of course. The best place for him is home, he's in his normal surroundings and he'll be much happier. That's the most important thing

I'm sorry it was so hard for you, it's never easy to see someone you love struggling even if they seem okay with it themselves. (((hugs))) I hope he's happier now that he's home, and perhaps having made some of these "arrangements" will help him not worry, and allow him to relax, feel better, and heal a bit.
