Thank you babe. I feel a bit better. I wrote a letter to my therapist which I am going to post tomorrow. I wrote it as if I wasn't going to send it, so it is really honest. I still feel very down and fragile at the moment, but I know that it will get easier with time. I have to try to be positive about the future. I don't want the past year of therapy to have been wasted xxx

Yes definitely. Youve been to therapy, and i guess you can look at it now as being in your hands. Your strong, you can deal with it with the help of your husband. Its not fair that they let you go, but you can only ever move on from it. xxx
