I am scared to eat today

All week i have been on uncontrollable binges and i have decided that today no matter what i willl not binge and normally i stop a binge by just not eating anything that day or only safe food i,e a few bites of an apple or somthing small but today i am at a family members and i know they will make me eat they already just asked me what i want for breakfast and they are cooking lunch i am so scared to eat because what if later in the day it leads to another binge and i cant face the feeling that come with a binge again today i have to get better!!!!!!!! what do i do
