Made my porridge for breakfast this morning and I really couldn't face it. I was almost crying - I wanted to rip my hair out. I had about 2 spoonfuls and left the rest. Later I had a mini chocolate bar, which set me into wanting to binge. I didn't. But then I got my lunch (chicken) and chewed and spat it. When I went to throw away the chewed food, I needed to vomit (not purge - real vomit). I puked up a bit and then started purging a little bit hands-free. It felt lovely.
