PTSD stuff
Okay, so I've been avoiding dealing with my PTSD lately, but the symptoms have been pretty overwhelming, so I brought it up again in therapy. We talked about a method to help me with it, which I've started to do.
Basically I need to write down all of my traumatic experiences, so I can read over them again and again, so that I understand what happened to me and acknowledge it. Then we can work on helping me get over it.
I'm doing okay with it, it's just really unpleasant to dredge up all this crap again and I'm avoiding writing down most of the worst things. Just wanted to share that really
