Fucked up

Joe and I decided we wanted to do something fancy for my birthday. We picked an amazing ballet for an early present. I tried on a dress that I've not thought about in years. I thought it might be a bit small, but I could hardly zip it and the strap broke.

I don't want to go to dinner, I do not want to go to the ballet, I am too fat to do anything. I want to starve until I'm thin enough for society.

don't let it get you down. If you get down on yourself you could end up binging. How small was the dress? Sometimes when I'm in a good mood I decide that I can fit into anything because I feel invincible then I try on something too small and get upset because it doesn't fit. You are still beautiful no matter what size your clothes are xxx
